Refund Policy

This short policy summarises refunds for Movie Gress. Full subscription rules live on Plans (Plan rules). Applies when paid plans launch. We do not currently charge anyone for Movie Gress.

Current period

While plans show as Unavailable / Coming soon, there are no paid charges to refund. Access may be free or limited and can change with notice.

When paid plans launch

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each monthly period.
We do not refund partial periods or unused time.
We may refund duplicate or clearly mistaken charges if you report them within [REFUND_WINDOW] days [CONFIRM].
Cancel anytime from Account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Payment processing is handled by [PAYMENT_PARTNER].

How to request a refund
