Plan rules
Applies when paid plans launch. Until then we do not charge you. Access during the current period may be free or limited and can change with notice. See also our Refund Policy.
1. Monthly billing & auto-renewal
Plans bill monthly on your billing date and renew automatically until you cancel.
2. Free trials
If we offer a free trial, one per person unless stated otherwise. We may change or end trials with notice.
3. Payment methods & failed payments
Payment methods are processed by [PAYMENT_PARTNER]. If a payment fails, we may retry, allow a short grace period, then suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
4. Taxes / VAT

5. Upgrade / downgrade
You may change plans from Account when billing is live. Upgrades and downgrades take effect according to the timing and any proration shown at checkout or in the billing portal.
6. Cancel anytime
Cancel from Account (or the billing portal). You keep access until the end of the paid period.
7. Refunds
No refunds for partial periods or unused time, except duplicate or mistaken charges reported within [REFUND_WINDOW] days [CONFIRM]. Full text: Refund Policy.
8. Price changes
We will give at least 30 days’ notice before a price increase applies to you. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
9. Fair use
Simultaneous streams and profile limits follow your plan. Plans are for household use. If you exceed stream limits, additional streams may be blocked until one stops.
10. Pause, reactivation & data after cancel
Pause or reactivation options (if offered) will be described in Account when available. After cancellation, profiles and watch history are kept for [X] days, then may be deleted or anonymised.
11. Promo codes / gift cards
Promo codes or gift cards apply only if we expressly offer them. Unused or expired codes have no cash value unless required by law.
